4.个人简介
杨新华博士有国内外三站博士后工作经历，主要研究兴趣师利用脑成像、近红外、经颅磁刺激、人工智能及神经心理学等方法，探索抑郁复发的认知神经机制和干预，已发表学术论文40余篇，主持国自然基金，上海市自科基金等20余项课题，出版专著1本，曾获K.C. Wang Fellowship。
在临床应用方面，注重将神经科学证据与心理治疗方法整合应用于抑郁症干预，尤其关注快感缺失这一核心症状的治疗方法。作为国家二级心理咨询师和中级心理治疗师，有12年心理咨询与治疗经验，擅长通过认知重构与叙事增强技术处理抑郁焦虑问题，热爱并长期实践沙盘游戏治疗，积极开展团体心理干预。
5.研究方向
(一)精神疾病认知神经机制
1.利用脑成像、近红外、人工智能技术、神经心理学等方法，探寻抑郁复发的认知神经机制
2.利用经颅磁刺激、近红外成像和fRMI探寻快感缺失神经调控作用
3. 快感缺失跨疾病病因机制共性和差异性研究
(二)精神疾病心理病理机制和心理干预
1.行为激活治疗对精神疾病患者快感缺失改善作用
2.沙盘游戏治疗对儿童青少年抑郁症患者情绪/自伤行为改善作用
3.叙事疗法/认知重构团体干预减少精神疾病患者疾病污名的作用

9. 心理咨询和治疗
开展心理普查，心理回访，危机干预，个体心理咨询，团体心理辅导，心理培训，心理健康教育科普。在精神专科医院门诊从事心理治疗，擅长认知行为治疗，叙事治疗，沙盘游戏治疗，累计开展心理咨询与治疗1000余小时，团体辅导40余。；稍30余例，心理培训30余。诹俅灿肟蒲猩疃热诤现惺贾毡３侄孕睦碇瘟频娜瘸，并享受与来访者共同成长的过程。
